Oh my god!

I think I have a new best friend. Someone to worship anew. Someone who has made our life better and deserves to be rewarded.

Gluten Free Girl has a recipe for Flour Free Peanut Butter Cookies that taste like REAL peanut butter cookies. I made them as soon as I came home from work yesterday. The kids and I ate all the cookies for dessert after dinner last night.  And the BoyChild asked for more.  That’s not something that has been happening a lot lately.

So much of what the BoyChild eats doesn’t stay with him for very long. It’s all rice based or soy based or something else that doesn’t fuel him for very long. These are made with peanut butter which he loves and they were tasty tasty tasty and peanut butter should stay with him for more than 15 minutes.  I think they would make a great breakfast meal.
