The last week in bullet points:
- Lost .8 pounds this week. I figure a loss is a loss and it’s a whole lot better than a gain. So go me!
- I’ve been working out about 5 days a week lately. I’ve more than done 40 miles during Lent. I am on about week seven of the Couch Potato to 5K. My mileage in 35 minutes is creeping up gradually.
- I’ve been stitching more lately. It feels good.
- I’m reading Fanny Flagg’s new book, I Still Dream About You: A Novel. I really like her books.
