Good news & Bad News

Well.  I have good news and not so good news this week.

I lost 4.2 pounds on WW this week.  I’ve lost a total of 6 pounds since joining WW on March 16, 2011.  I’ve lost a total of 19 pounds since I began dieting and exercising on February 2, 2011.

I have run/walked 35.82 miles since Lent began.  I am up to running, non-stop, for 20 minutes.  I honestly don’t know if I could run longer than that at one time.

    One step at a time. Good for you on WW! I need to get back to that too. But then I might start smoking too. Sigh.

    the best thing is that even though we fall we get right back up and start over. thanks for getting back up. you inspire me.
