Another week down

Random thoughts.  I’m really busy this week and thought I would just hit the highlights.

1)I gained .2 pounds on WW and on my scales this week.  GAH!  I’m not making excuses, and I’m sorry if this is too much information, but I think it may be water retention.   I’m going to try to eat at home more this week and do a better job of eating more healthy.

2) I am on week five of couch potato to 5K.  Yesterday (the last time I worked out) was day 22 of Lent and I’d logged 28.35 miles.  This week is kicking my ass.  I’m suppose to run for 20 minutes on my next day.  I’m not sure I can do it.
