Does anyone ever run out of conditioner at the same time they run out of shampoo?

This morning while taking a shower, I realized we were almost out of shampoo. We still have about half to three quarters of a bottle of conditioner. I use conditioner almost every time I shampoo. The bottles are exactly the same size. So how come I always end up with more conditioner than shampoo?

I have a half bottle of my last shampoo/conditioner combo still in my shower. You see, I ran out of shampoo and when I went to buy more, there was a different brand on sale with bright shiny lights and “Percent Off” signs. So, I bought the new ON-SALE shampoo instead of what I had been using and which I was perfectly happy with.

So what’s up with that? Is it some kind of conspiracy?
