Losing two sizes is good!

I have been exercising everyday this week.  It has worked out pretty well.  We all go to the healthclub.  David and the BoyChild head to the pool.  I head to the cardio room.  After I finish my workout, I go to the pool and swim for awhile and then we go home for dinner.

The lite fare has continued.

Monday was homemade pizza.
Tuesday was Turkey Taco Salad.
Wednesday was ham and cheese omlettes.

I’ve stayed at or under my points since Monday. I doubt it can make up for the debacle that was the weekend.

Looking at my workouts, it appears that I need to run 9-10 miles a week to lose weight.  Or at least when I was running 10 miles a week, I was losing weight.  I’m on track to do that this week.

Still feeling a little discouraged, though I ordered some pants and a shirt in a size smaller than I’d previously worn.  They came in yesterday and while the pants are a little tighter than I would like, I can wear them.  That means I’m down two sizes since I started!
