God I love Weight Watchers!  No seriously.  It is true.

I lost another 2.8 pounds last week.  Yahoo!

So I’m down a total of 30.4 since I started the first of February and I think 17.4 pounds since I started WW in mid-March.

I’ve been running outside.  Gasp!  I know!  It really isn’t as nice as being in the nice, bright, slightly smelly health club with the fan blowing on me and someplace to put my keys and my water.  But it must be done.  If I’m going to run a half marathon in February, 2012 in Fort Worth, I simply MUST start running outside.

I’ve not done a good job of tracking my mileage.  I’ve been using MapMyRun on my Android phone.  But I’ve not yet figured out how to juggle the phone, housekey, water while at the same time keeping an eye out for potholes and automobiles.  So, I’ve turned it off a couple of times without saving my workouts.

David and the BoyChild gave me a heart rate monitor for Mother’s Day.  It does more than that, but I think it’s primarily designed to make sure you stay within your max heart rate zone and don’t stroke out.

Anyway.  I’m down 2.8 pounds.  Yeah me!
