People who call and make appointments and then just don’t show. Did they forget? Did they not intend to come in the first place? Are they just slugs?

Oh and something else I hate!

Spam. I especially hate e-mail spam. I have a Gmail account. I only use it for those lists I read. On any given day, I will have 26 spam e-mails in the Spam Folder and only 6 legit e-mails in the In Folder. Thank god Gmail is good about filtering out the spam. But then I have to go look at it. And I have to delete it. I don’t know why. I just do.
