I was prepared for the negative. This book sounds great! One of the things that empowered me most as a teenager was seeing pictures of real naked women's bodies for the first time. Even vulvas! As someone with older brothers I had, as I am sure most girls have, seen pictures of naked women in pornographic magazines. I didn't know that they don't have normal bodies. That they have fake breasts, shaded everything, bleached body parts and sometimes even vulvas that they have gotten work done on. This left me feeling like my body was different. That I wasn't normal. (perhaps this is something for my blog, lol) Anyway, I am thrilled to see they are coming out with new books like these. I think it is a very good thing.
